You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.
