It's ok. Ok is the best I can say. You're paying for the view and nothing else. No mini bar, no room service unless you tip and yes be ready to tip tip tip the whole time you're in Mexico. Tip for everybody and anybody who does anything a tip is EXPECTED. Food mediocre. Just 3 stars and can easily drop but with a little effort could easily go up but staff just looked tired and over it

Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else. The entire property is beyond gorgeous and the staff is 100/100.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

As an Airbnb host myself, I understand that issues can come up during a stay, and I’m not someone who typically complains or leaves negative reviews. Unfortunately, this was my first trip to Cabo, and after this experience, I honestly don’t know if I would return. From the beginning, the resort was not very helpful. We were offered an all-inclusive option for $150 per person, per day, which felt excessive—especially considering breakfast was already included. I also requested a crib for my baby ahead of time, and it was not delivered until after I formally complained. What was most disappointing was how management handled my concerns. A manager came to our room supposedly to apologize and resolve the situation, but instead, things escalated and she began raising her voice/yelling inside our room while my baby was sleeping. That was completely inappropriate and made an already frustrating experience much worse. The food was mediocre, the pools did not feel clean, and unfortunately, we also returned home with COVID after our stay. Overall, this was not the experience I expected for our first trip to Cabo, and based on our stay, I would not recommend this resort.

The best resort! We got upgraded to novaispania since our group was larger than 10 and instead of getting two villas at montecristo they gave us a mansion in novaispania. Definitely recommend!

It was a fine stay, I’m sure for the price point you can find a much better experience. Our room had several issues, but it was written off as a normal problem often experienced so wasn’t taken seriously. The food actually is pretty inedible. Many guests encouraged us if we chose to come back to completely ditch the all inclusive package and find much better dining options at other resorts. I understand many Americans come to these places but it is undeniable that this entire experience is catered to a white palate. I’m unsure if I’d stay here again, and I think that’s indicative enough of the experience that I wasn’t wow’d especially when we paid for what we thought was the most luxury option. Do your research, maybe you’ll find a better suited place.
