We stayed here at end of Tokyo trip for easy access to Narita Skyliner. Hotel was great and location, a quick walk to the market which has a great range of food and shopping while being far enough away from busy streets.

Getting to the pool was a little difficult. You need to check with the staff first then go up and do another check before you go in. But overall is a really good place to stay.

Wonderful quiet location. Wish there was a larger lobby or sitting area. Otherwise lovely rooms and amenities.

New hotel in a great location to great food, shopping and attractions. Amazing and helpful staff. Short walk to Ameyoko Market and very close walk to subway stations. A nice neighborhood with a good mix of locals and tourists. There is a 7-11 right next door and a grocery store 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful room and gorgeous Japanese garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also loved the guest lounges on every floor. They were comfortable places to unwind, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hoshinoya Tokyo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Decent size room, convenient location, close proximity to stations all point of interest in Tokyo.

This is a high end hotel. Our room was huge and the property was immaculate. The restaurants were great and it was walking distance to trains.

With a professional staff that is eager to get every detail right, it’s easy to enjoy a stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo. What takes it up a notch is this little bit of magic on the third floor: the relaxation room. With three massive massage chairs, the hotel makes sure you get relaxed after every day.

I loved this place. We have a room with two beds and a bunk bed. The room is a very good size for Japan standards. Very clean. And it’s very quiet. There’s a supermarket right in front of it. And it made bringing snacks, food, ramen, drinks, ice cream to the room so convenient. You have a full size fridge and a kettle and all cooking equipment in the room provided. I’d def stay there again!
