Very spacious and clean. Very nice staff. Good location. I would definitely recommend it.

Very efficient check in and the room was spacious and above all quiet. The staff were all kind and helped us with all of our questions. I loved how clean the hotel was and the location was perfect for food nearby and easy access to the Yamanote line. We went all around tokyo easily and had no issues with the location. I will be booking again on future trips to japan as this hotel felt like home.

The location is very good - a walking distance to several tourist attractions, excellent cafes and coffee shops. A great advantage is to have a supermarket right across the road from the hotel (1 min walk). The room was nice, very comfy and clean. Good public transport system - easy to get from the airport, and also get around as there is a connection station about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Great place

Booked larger room for 4 adults. Pros: digital access, bigger room compared to other Tokyo hotel rooms, ac, internet, kitchenette, laundry machine in room, some free toiletry amenities, lots of towels, tissue and paper towel refilled, plenty beddings available, location very convenient for shopping & eating, quiet, metro stations closeby including Tokyo station, staff very friendly, can buy bottled water at front desk for 50¥… Cons: only 2 dining chairs, flimsy in room safe did not work, limited storage, only one mirror, smell from the shower area and the enclosed separate toilet, upper bunk creaking noises on every turn, lower bunk like a restaurant bench, supposed to sleep 6 but the only 4 adults will sleep comfortably, limited housekeeping and garbage in the hallway so we got to smell our neighbours dirty lifestyle. Overall good but some issues brought score down.

One of the nicest hotels I have been to! Very elegant, great hospitality, excellent service, beautiful room with incredible garden view!

Staff is unpredictable efficient they really make you feel they are there for you … they propose to communicate via WhatsApp and ask them several times I needed ice in the room before arriving to the room and there it was the bucket of ice everything on the mini bar is free (champagne, chateuneuf du pape red and white wine) whiskey, gin, cognac, vodka, beer and they refill it every day… I have already reserve three night for our upcoming visit to Tokyo in June, 2027 the location could not be better

Great place

Room was clean, only got one day of service (room cleaning/new towels) since we were only there for a few days. Check in was super smooth and evening host was nice! Spoke English which helped since our Japanese wasn't that advanced. Nice air conditioning and washing machines, use the QR code on the AC remote to get instructions on how to use. Relatively close to the station so we were happy! Would stay again
