Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was extremely friendly. Bob and Lily went out of their way to provide exceptional service during and after our stay. They sent out an item that we forgot in the room, to out next destination.
