The outside of the hotel the hallway to the hotel were horrible no one on site to help locked out first night 4 hours left after the second night

Conveniently located, clean with covered parking, pool and bar, great rooms ample living room and bathrooms. All kitchen tools for cooking and a great bar for entertaining. Great choice

I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was

I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay, lication, assistance

Staff was very respectful, and the whole process was nice and straightforward. Our room and the lobby were very presentable. The location was nice and central, but we experienced a few issues. While the property lists Breakfast as a feature, all we were able to find was coffee and oatmeal packets, which, while technically true, is a bit misleading. During our stay, the AC wasn't nearly as cool as it was on the first floor, so we slept in warm, humid weather. Overall, there's room for improvement.

The location was great and the hotel was very nice. Would highly recommend.
