The property was very well maintained, staff were very professional and accommodating.

Overall, it seemed like they overbooked themselves and overcharged for a hotel that is nowhere near being finished with their renovations. There were a ton of problems with our first room because of the renovations. We had to practically beg them to move us to a different room. One of the problems being that as soon as we opened our window windows for a Mountain View, we were meant with eye contact with two construction workers outside our window. Wasn’t the most romantic experience if you ask me. Luckily they did move our room, but overall, we did not feel like it was worth the money.

This place was perfect. Everything was new and very high quality. It's in a new development with lots of hotels and pubs/restaurants, but it's a few blocks from downtown Canmore. Street parking is limited, but the hotel had underground parking with assigned spots. I haven't stayed in many high-end hotels, so my experience is limited, but this was way better than any I've stayed in before.

This place is misleading in terms of amenities and not well maintained. Overpriced for what it is, which is essentially condos without helpful staff.

The washroom was very clean and the place was very quiet.

Wonderful place with amazing views. It was a very cool experience. Definitely check out the sauna/ cold plunge they have!! The staff was very accommodating to help me park my motorcycle trailer. We also did the meal option which was a lot of fun.
