I think it’s a bit pricey for what it is. Views are ok, not spectacular. Food was ok. Fine dining experience was ok, taste was average.

Beautiful view and room service is best

The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead.

Rooms need a deep clean, mold can be found in parts of the room including wardrobe. Linen also well passed its use by date and time for a change. Be prepared to smell cigarette smoke in the hallways as there are a lot of tourists from one country that choose to smoke inside their rooms with the doors open. Otherwise rooms are large and clean enough with helpful staff. Just don't expect a 5 star experience as it is a solid 3.5 star intl hotel exp.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with views out of this world. Amazing swimming pool and small private beach. The breakfast is delicious with an excellent selection of both western and Asian foods. Kids club is great that is one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. My kids are quite loud and boisterous to say the least … but staff made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. Hotel is in a great location with a new theater and some small coffee shops close by if you fancy a change from the hotel but the room service and the restaurants are all excellent. We chose to eat in our room most evenings and the selection is great. Hotel is brand new having only opened around 10 days or so ago so there were some teething issues which is to be expected but as soon as I brought these to the attention of the staff there were dealt with accordingly and the manager made me a very nice gesture to apologize for this. Will definitely return, looking forward to enjoying the beach bar which is not yet open but that was not an issue as we just walked along the beach to a further beach club restaurant to eat and get some drinks. The cabanas on the beach are sublime, so comfortable and I was able to close the curtains to enable my baby daughter to sleep comfortably whilst I enjoyed some sun.
