Extremely clean hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Rich and tasty breakfast. We visited their restaurant also, called La Capella, just top notch food and service. The best romantic stay for couples! Amazing view and location! Very grateful to the staff, thank you guys!

We truly enjoyed our time at this place. It is suitable for families, and the property is so big we didn’t have enough time to explore it all. The only challenging aspect was the drive to the destination,

I’ve stayed here a couple times before and loved it I’m sure what happened. Rooms aren’t clean at all, I felt so uncomfortable staying there/ being the restroom. Walls were extremely dirty with who knows what on them (They easily wiped off). So just poor cleaning. Hair and stains on bedding. First room they put us in had a heavy scent of a paint chemical and none of the lights/ electric was working. They did put us in a new room that did work. Very sweet staff at the bar/ restaurants! Restaurants were amazing. Beach is beautiful but I wish they had a colder pool! I just can’t handle the un cleanliness and inconvenience of constantly needing to contact front desk for things such as the air conditioner not working.

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special. We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to assist and made sure our family was well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. For our first family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely return to Grand Palladium Punta de Mita!

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

The place overall is great! Only gripes are it's a bit of a slog to get a surfboard to the good spot, like 4 blocks of walking. Also my room didn't have a microwave or toaster those items would have been appreciated!
