We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready.

I really enjoyed my stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco. The property is chic, stylish, and perfectly located close to the water with STK conveniently right across the street. The hotel feels thoughtfully designed, ergonomically friendly, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts for me was how pet-friendly it is—without any extra charges or hidden fees. They even provided my puppy with a cozy bed and dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. While it is definitely on the pricier side, the experience is absolutely worth it—I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Interesting property to spend a few days! Weather was perfect, and the rooftop bar/nightclub was pretty great I have to say. Front desk staff seemed a little "spacey" to be honest, but it's California!

Several things in our room were broken. We spoke with someone at the desk when we checked out. He said he’d have the manager contact us. We are still waiting a week and a half later.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. Facility was clean.

We stayed for a week at the Donatello. The staff was so polite and helpful. Loved our room and amenities. We walked to Union Square and China Town and found many wonderful places to eat. Very easy to catch a ride to anywhere in the city. Loved our stay!!

It was a comfortable stay for 1 night, unfortunately the room wasn’t as advertised on the photos seen on the website so that was disappointing. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
