Comfortable and clean accommodations in the heart of Times Square

Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out.

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog.

The room was very clean but rather small and only a view of the brick wall and windows. It would have been nice to have a fridge you can ask for one but have to pay extra. The elevators are slow and couple times one would not be working. It was a good location for us near the subway and buses. I would overall stay there again.

Comfortable and clean accommodations in the heart of Times Square

Staying at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel last week for our NYC trip was incredible. What truly sets The Pierre apart is the staff — every single person was warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. The concierge team is exceptional and truly five-star, helping us with everything from restaurant bookings and attractions to cars and thoughtful local suggestions, all handled effortlessly and kindly. Front of house was equally outstanding, and even the lift attendants made every interaction feel personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is immaculate — elegant, pristine, and perfectly positioned right by Central Park, making the whole stay feel effortlessly luxurious. And a special touch: the early morning croissants at 6am for jet-lagged guests were such a thoughtful detail. A beautiful hotel made unforgettable by its people.
