Pros: very clean, easy control over room temperature, convenient to Marta, most of the staff very friendly, safe (you need a room key card to use the elevator), comfortable mattress, plenty of clothes hangers. Cons: room felt old with some small signs of aging like peeling wallpaper, pillows are rock hard, high prices for breakfast menu and breakfast buffet, beware of "free" Wi-Fi. WIFI warning: It's not good enough to click the FREE button after you enter your Bonvoy number, you have to also call the front desk and give them your number even though there's no indication anywhere that you need to do that. I think that's sneaky. Check your bill when you check out. Front desk lady very unfriendly when I asked her to remove $14.95 wifi charge from my bill.

Clean room, great staff, great location. All of the employees were awesome.

The staff was impeccably courteous and so helpful. The room was spotless. The meal we had in the restaurant was delicious with impeccable service. Our stay could not have been more pleasant. Jermaine and Margaret were so very kind and friendly...it was pleasure to interact with both of them.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What a great hotel in midtown. The only downside was housekeeping kept coming to my room asking me was I checking out. They ask me this the day I arrived and the morning I departed.

This is my go-to hotel when laying over in ATL. Not the cheapest, but the most comfortable in Virginia Ave. Good windows keep out the airplane noise, which is a problem at some other hotels. The RedEye restaurant is fine, but better BBQ can be had at the Pit Boss nearby.

Everythimg was awesome!!!!!!

Literally no complaints. Everything was amazing. Valet: $60 a night. Great, friendly staff Check in: Easy, quick and answered all questions we may have had. Hotel/room: Perfect!!!! Room view was stunning. Love how you needed a key to access elevators to room floor. Bed was super comfy and cozy. Bathroom, very clean and the hand soap smells superb. Room service: Fast, easy to order, fresh, and delicious. Checkout: Easy 🔥Highly recommend. Keep in mind there is a holding fee upon arrival which includes valet and other services such as room service (unless you opt to pay separately as we did) whatever is unused, will return back to card.
