Great location for walking around the city. The valet and front desk staff were not very friendly and almost acted like it was a problem they had to check me. I stood at the valet desk for 10-15 mins before someone acknowledged I was there. The bar tender was amazing and very sweet and helpful. The food was not good. The room was strange. I purchased a premium room but it didn’t seem like it was premium. The sink for the bathroom was in the actual bedroom instead of the bathroom. We couldn’t watch Netflix or any other streaming service on the TV and couldn’t cast from our phones to the TV. Over all it was okay just because the location was good. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This is our second stay at Hotel Bardo. It was lovely. My only complaint would be that the last day that we were there we were out most of the morning into the afternoon & at 3:00 we returned to rest & shower for an early business dinner & the maid was first getting to our room, so we didn't have our room cleaned or made up.

Super happy with our stay at this Hotel! Very different in many ways from the revamp of an old power plant to all the rare minerals and old artifacts. Excellent job at the layout and hospitality. Don't miss out, you won't be disappointed.

For an older building the accommodations were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful I would stay there again.

This is our second stay at Hotel Bardo. It was lovely. Front desk staff was unsure if I would pay deposit for license Service Dog. He was telling all kinds of things that did not apply. My room had roaches coming from shower drain. Tried washing them down and they would be back up. Gross. They told me they were palmetto bugs. Still not something I want to see when showering. Then at check out. I had the same non knowable staff member who wanted to Charge me more than Expedia said I own the property. I showed the clerk Expedia receipt. I left the hotel not closing my bill because I was not paying it. Watch out when booking online and paying at hotel!!
