Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel ensured our pitstop in Hanoi was completely stress-free. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, making it very easy to get around.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our flight changed and we needed to book an extra night. They were so accommodating that they even had our new room ready early before we checked out of the first one, making the transition completely seamless.
Overall, a lovely hotel that I would absolutely recommend!

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
