This is my go to hotel in KL. location is perfect, hotel is spotless and staff are amazing. I joked about how small the coffee cups were at breakfast and they went out and found me a mug. If you can stretch to a Club room it’s worth every penny as the Club Lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails is amazing.

Great central location, walkable to Petaling St, Jalan Alor and to KLCC. The bedrooms are fabulous- comfortable, spacious and beautiful interior design. The pool is large enough for laps and beautifully chilled. We enjoyed cocktails at the Silver Monkey while watching a lightening storm over the city. Good breakfast selection of western and Asian foods.
Only minuses were the lack of valet parking and the view of an old hotel being renovated next door. But the pluses outweigh the downsides and would definitely stay again.

The swimming pool is not available! There should be a refund for not having the pool available. The 32 floor lodge area is not open to all guests. Not much sitting and relax areas!
