Roomy apartment, sofa beds were quite comfortable. Well furnished with essentials for our stay. Train lines were a bit noisy but not excessively so.

Loved this hotel! Wasn't originally going to stay here as the price was more than we were looking to pay, but we couldn't find another apartment hotel to suit our means. Fortunately, we were not disappointed and the price was worth it! The room was well laid out and usable. The kitchen, while a little small, had everything we needed and I love that there was a dining room table to sit at. The staff were friendly and helped us restock things as needed. The place was tidy and the cleanings were helpful. Only thing we would have liked more would have been one bed (instead of two pushed together) and slightly softer mattresses (but from our experience hard mattresses are pretty common in Japan). Would certainly stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was such a beautiful way to end our trip to Japan! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind. The magnificent gardens and beautiful pool made the hotel feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of Tokyo. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a relaxing setting. Give yourself time to enjoy the hotel, pool, and gardens—they’re all part of what makes this place so special. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. Although the hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza, where we planned to spend most of our time, it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, excellent dining, and wonderful facilities. We would happily stay here again!

Property was great and bigger than most hotels you’d find anywhere in Tokyo. It’s located a little away from the main Tokyo drag of the city but a close bus right. It’s actually nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Also there’s a Family Mart attached to the hotel, you can book a shuttle directly to Narita from this hotel, and luggage delivery services are offered. All of the things we needed!

Beautiful hotel in the bustling streets of Shinjuku. Lovely staff, clean and close to all the trains, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar put the icing on the cake.

Staff was friendly and the rooms had a good layout for families. Big enough for our family of 6.
