We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand quiet but close up to many things. 7 eleven a few minutes away! It did take a little longer to get to other areas of Tokyo as we were not on a main subway line, but we enjoyed th quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were also really quiet- we couldn’t hear anything outside or in other rooms! No other hotel we stayed in was this quiet.

The property and the rooms were lovely. Excellent linens, L'Occitane bath amenities, perfectly clean. Very spacious by Tokyo standards, everything perfect. The garden behind the hotel is gorgeous. We struggled a bit with the western breakfast, it was expensive for what it was, but there are no other options in walking distance for breakfast. The bar experience was also tricky, it was full sometimes and we couldn't get in - but when we did the offerings were very nice. For a late afternoon drink we had better luck at the tea salon, they had beer/wine/champagne. The location is way out of the core of the city - we found that once we figured out how to use the city bus we were easily able to get to the subway stops without a long walk. Cabs were always plentiful. Overall, it's a gorgeous property with excellent service, a little oasis in Tokyo.

Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing.

Very disappointed with this hotel! We stayed here one night early in front of our Tour. Then they transferred us to a room against the expressway. Listen to sirens all night. Staying here for a total of five nights. Top deck restaurant was wide open, but we were required to wait 20 minutes for a table. Would not stay here again. No would we recommend this location to anyone.
