Breakfast was nice. Fresh fruit, HBE..grab and go items essentially. The area is cute, typical keys stay. Staff was pleasant. The room was needing repairs. Definitely a broken bed frame (?) Very slanted on own side. The AC leaked and dripped all over causing a puddle on the floor leaking all over my bags, unfortunately. The front desk was aware...hoping to prevent further damage to anyone else's items. I didn't complain other than telling them... I would stay again...but maybe a different room "B4"
