Shower curtain railing wasn’t screwed in properly, leaving it loose and the middle part of the railing further down - causing water to escape.

Okay the room was on the smaller side. But having said that it was nice and I’d stay there again. The food and drink in the bar was good, and served like we were in BA First Class. A serious touch of elegance.

A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment.

Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea.
Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor.
