Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Bar and restaurant on site. My only complaint was the shower head wasn’t the best and the air/heat was loud. But that is being picky. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. The location was excellent. However the rooms show degradation, for example there are white paints dripped on the bathroom wood floor, which is simply a poor clean up process after remodeling.

All of our coffee pods were decaf and the bathroom toilet paper holder was loose and fell onto my ankle. Otherwise, everything was great. Restaurant breakfast was really good.

Breakfast in the 10 Thomas restaurant was delicious, staff was attentive and friendly. We reported the bathroom outlet was not functioning, they responded promptly (fixed within a half hour). Pool was not open yet for the season, but it looked nice. Room was not spacious, (the doorway and hallway seemed a little tight) but it had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Check-in was a breeze! The room was clean, the front staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was on time. We also appreciate being able to leave our luggage with the front desk at check out until departing for the airport.
