The hotel was nice and clean. I paid for an upgraded room and the room is nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that you don’t have a view.. you look right into a office tower no matter how much you pay for the room,

The beds were amazingly comfortable even my kids commented on them. I was stuck in town extra days due to our flight being canceled. The staff made it easy to book more days and stay in the same room. The house keeping lady Helen was so sweet she gave us ideas on where to visit and eat around the city.

Great location on the Lonsdale Quay, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The Seabus provides easy access to downtown Vancouver. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ishita gave us a great check-in with lots of helpful advice and local discounts.

The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed.
