Clean room & staff are very welcoming

The quality of the hotel needs to improve. I completely did not know this hotel is a “franchise”. Located in heart of downtown of Vancouver, i expected to have quality level similar to Hilton (but not all perfect). It turns out there are colleague kids stay there, their behaviors absolutely inappropriate that is similar being in a dormitory. Loud talking in the hall way at night. Also their bed got some kind of metal that cut off my UGG boots, which I don’t understand. I can stay i m a little regret to stay there. Lastly, the staff are too professional.

The room was perfect, they upgraded us to top floor, and they are so accommodating. Check in was at 4 but they gave us our room by 1:00, Will 100% stay here again

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we could ever want. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner. Such a perfect evening

The facility is new and beautiful but the service was bad, the shower water stayed in the bath tub we valled 3 times n no one showed up to fix! The location is great but to us this was not a 5 star at all

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were lovely, we felt safe and secure! Hospitality was their priority! The attached restaurant has the most delicious breakfast. My over all experience for the location and the price was a 10/10. We will definitely be back for our next stay!

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.
