Ice place I would viy

Property was clean, beautiful and staff were super friendly.

The only thing that was not perfect: the beds and pillows. Y'all have to turn those mattresses around every few months. When someone sleeps on the same spot for months (or years), that mattress is no longer comfortable (I'm sure some need to be replaced). Same for the pillows. It's as if there is no pillow. The pillow is there...but it's not doing the job of a pillow. When you put your head on the pillow, your head practically hits the bed. Definitely need replacing. With the exception of that, everything else was perfecto.

The included breakfast was great every morning. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Close to area attractions. Would stay again.

It's an Okay property. Extremely overpriced. You are paying strictly for the name.

Our stay was amazing! The room and property are gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful and attentive. We look forward to our next stay!

Property is close to airport and with free shuttle bus you can access all of San Francisco easily

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.
