Great location and friendly staff

Platan is a really great hotel. Excellent location, nice physical facility with comfortable rooms, and it came with an excellent breakfast.

I travel very often. Rarely have I encountered a place where everyone I interacted with was so pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. My room was clean m, bright and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Registan and several other monuments. I want to especially thank Mamur for all of his help. He. Helped me obtain a SIM card for my phone and set-up YANDEX…the local version of Uber. This made the rest of my journey in Uzbekistan so easy.

Clean room, just little outdated on the towels. Breakfast is good for its value just go earlier than later in the day.

Staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was fresh and good.

Definitely not 5 star customer service in terms of handling matters, but other than that everyone was very polite, room was not properly cleaned and instead of giving us another room, they had us wait for housekeeping to clean it up again. Room service took 30 minutes to bring one tea, mind you hotel is not even half full, we had to cancel the order because it was getting way too late. The only thing that redeems this travel is the SPA experience, everything was excellent. Overall i’d give this hotel 4 stars at best

Amazing experience overall, the breakfast was outstanding!

Everything about the property was outstanding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment spotless and very comfortable. I made use of the restaurant for both lunch and/or coffee, which was very convenient. A very well stocked supermarket next door. I highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to return.
