Staff were great, cleaners were really good, wifi was good but the actual villas themselves really required updating. We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!! I’d say 3 star at the best!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pools and facilities were excellent, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing while still having plenty to do, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy Bali. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at eqUILIBRIA! The location was perfect — tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, while still being an easy walk to Eat Street and so many of Seminyak’s restaurants, shops and bars. The villa was incredibly well equipped, with so many thoughtful extras including robes, flip-flops and beach bags. Our private pool was perfect — a great depth and exactly the right temperature to cool off after being out in the Bali heat. Housekeeping and in-room services were fantastic throughout our stay. The evening turndown service was such a special touch, with a different symbolic gift left for us each night. It made coming back to the villa each evening feel like a little treat! The staff were consistently lovely — friendly, helpful, kind and genuinely welcoming. The complimentary courtesy car was another fantastic bonus. They will take you anywhere within Seminyak free of charge and even dropped us at our next hotel at the end of our stay. Beautiful villas, thoughtful touches, wonderful service and an amazing location. We would happily stay again!

The Royal Pita Maha was a beautiful hotel with landscaping like a botanical garden. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

Place was unbelievable. You can’t even tell you are in the middle of a busy city. Staff is beyond helpful. Rooms are clean and fixed up daily. Pool and garden were also maintained very well
