When we asked for an extra pillow for three times they said they didn’t have any left. Too expensive for what they provide.

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed it, provided you understand what the Home Hotel concept is about. The idea is that a stay should feel more like being at home than at a traditional hotel. In practice that means rooms are not serviced daily, but it also means a simple dinner is included in the package alongside the usual hotel breakfast, which is good value and convenient after a day out. Our room was one of the larger categories, yet still felt fairly small for a deluxe room, and the view was over a car park. That said, it was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The gym was the main disappointment: a broken cross trainer that was out of use, a couple of rowing machines, and only a limited selection of weights. The location is excellent, right on the harbour and within easy walking distance of everything worth seeing. On balance we would recommend this hotel, but go in expecting a different ethos to a conventional luxury hotel, and rooms that are smaller than you might anticipate.

We had a beautiful room, but wish the view was better. The bathroom was great with a wonderful shower. The bed was comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend:)
