All in all it was a great stay Mu dogs loved it there. Staff brought up dog bowls with trats and toys.

Great layout and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

The room was very clean and the patios were also. Unfortunately, there was no room service after 9pm and no vending machines. There was no microwave or cream &sugar. the tv remote needed batteries. The staff was very helpful. I requested a room for a disabled person and I was looking forward to the wonderful tub experience but had Extreme trouble getting out of the tub. There was not an edge around the top of the tub, just porcelain. There were no hand rails to hold onto to pull myself up. Even after draining the water, and drying around the top of the tub and my hands, There was no edge to hold onto. the tub was narrow, and after draining the water, there was suction of my skin to the tub made it worse. My husband was not able to help pull or lift me bcuz he suffers with a bad back injury. I wanted him to call the fire department to get help out of the tub but he used 2 of the outdoor cushions to put on the bottom of the tub and down between my back and the tub to give me some kind of footing to push against. It took more than an hour b4 I was able to move myself around enough to climb out of the tub. I am VERY disappointed with having to suffer through that experience. The buffet breakfast had a large selection of good food but even though it was kept in warming trays it was cold and there was no microwave available in the restaurant/lounge. Bcuz we could not heat the food, We left hungry. I spent a lot of money to be disappointed.

Absolutely loved my stay! Reminded me of visiting Paris as a child with my parents, beautifully maintained apartment style rooms with fine decor and beautiful bathroom amenities. Will definitely be staying there again soon!

Very nice room and well furnished. Accommodations are 5 star. 1 to 3 stars is the parking set up and unavailability of staff between 4 pm an 11 am the next day. At the outset during pre-checkin , staff was great, very helpful. But when issues arise during actual checkin, and during checkout , telephone help was no where to be found. No response ever cane, despite repeated messages to text me with needed info. What were the issues: I rented an ADA room and parking. My parking space was not ADA compliant and was very difficult to find. When I called for telephone help, staff was not available. 2d issue: I could not access the parking lot the next day to retrieve my car. Fortunately. a resident took pity on me and entered her code to allow me access. Third. I could not check out with my cellphone. Initially? I coujd not get service? But when I did get service after going outside? I ciukd no longer find the checkout link. I call for telephone help at least 5 times around 19 am and later after 11 am to confirm my checkout. Staff was not available. Never responded.
