The room overall was outdated and required some maintenance. The temperature in the entire building was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast option was decent. Overall, was expecting higher quality based on price.

The front desk staff was excellent. However, the concierge was not! we only had a brief time to walk to a nice cafe for lunch. We had in mind a good place to go. We checked with the Concierge who talked us into walking past numerous perfect cafe’s only to arrive at a run-down cafe in a construction zone. We walked so far that we missed having a good experience and had to return to the hotel. My advice would be to do the opposite of what the concierges at this hotel recomends!

"El hotel está a solo una cuadra de la Torre Eiffel 🥰. El personal fue súper atento conmigo y con mi hijo. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia y a pesar de que era pequeña, fue muy cómoda.
