Although I wasn't the one who checked in, I booked the room for my son, his buddy, my nephew, and my nieces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. My son really enjoyed the resort, and he and his buddy even completed their PADI certification there! They had a great experience, and it sounds like they had an amazing time. Based on their feedback and my interactions with the staff, I would definitely recommend this resort.

The good: Breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Checking staff were good. The room bathroom faucet leaked and the drain broke every other day and it was gross when waste water came out of the cabinet base. Plumber “fixed” it twice and it was leaking again the last day. The pool is run down and dirty. The furniture in the top floor bar was grossly stained and the bartender made sloppy cocktails. 3 star property at best

Be mindful of how humid and hot in the Philippines during summertime, unfortunately, they do not have air conditioning in the hallways and some common areas. The AC in our room is also not working properly, compare to the temperature outside, seems that the AC cannot keep up.
