Beautiful property. But, note that if you have ANY mobility issues all of the villa/bungalows are nothing but stairs. The stairs are very uneven, sometimes steep, and some without handrails. The only flat parts are the regular hotel rooms and restaurant. I loved the place, but my back and knees didn’t. The restaurant staff was amazing. They are so attentive and friendly. If you go when the water is clear, there is gorgeous coral just off the private beach. Unfortunately, most of our stay, the visibility was too poor. If you are able bodied and can do the stairs, I highly recommend Coral Cliff.

Perfect location within walking distance to main strip

A property with direct taxes to a very very clean stretcher beach and ocean. Swimming pools but immaculate with plentiful sunbeds and cabanas, but disappointing parents will allow their children to occupy Cabanas whilst they relaxed and the children were unsupervised. This would make a very lovely adults only resort the breakfast. Terrace was excellent and choice was wide. Overall, we really had a good stay here and it is conveniently located fishermans market area and local restaurants.

In summary, disappointing. A stunning hotel that could easily have received 5 stars. But with a lack of understanding of hospitality and poor customer service, they don't even deserve 1 star. The breakfast is good, fresh and delicious, but the area is tiny, which is not always pleasant to take food and there is no room for all guests, so they have to wait or sit in the sun without shade. The worst was the pool area, where it turns out you are not allowed to bring your own water, drinks or food and you are required to purchase everything from the restaurant at the pool. The highlight was that there are luxurious seating areas with sofas or a view of the sea and the pool, but they have a minimum fee of 5,000-8,000 baht per table. I have never encountered a hotel that on the one hand advertises the hotel's facilities on its website and boasts about them, and on the other hand requires the customer to pay if they use them. The few free places in the pool are very few and in a back location and single chairs, usually without shade. In conclusion, it's a real disappointment to give such an expensive and luxurious hotel 1 star, but they brought it on themselves by trying to combine a hotel with a beach club - a combination that didn't work out so well.

Nice people and premises. The food could be improved if advertising 5 star. (Never seen a pizza like it!)

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Great location on Chaweng Beach. The Transit Room was a real bonus as we had a late check out.
