Great location. Clean hotel, comfortable room. There were some very noisy guests slamming things around about 2-3AM each night I was there. It was too brief for staff to get involved, but enough to wake us.

Staff is not very friendly or helpful. The room was clean but smelled weird.

Great location. We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and the hotel is huge. Definitely made it easy seeing the hotel sign when we were walking around. Knowing how far we had to walk to be back in our rooms. Definitely could have used a microwave in the room, but there is one on some random floor. The pool was great. They have a great gym attached to it. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. I was impressed by the fitness center which, in my experience, is usually less than stellar in most hotels. The staff we encountered were friendly, but not generally forthcoming with information. There are multiple elevator banks to get to different floors, the parking garage, and the attached high-end shopping center so that was a bit confusing. Parking was not explained to us upon our arrival and we had to ask a few people for more details. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. Just be prepared to ask questions and do some exploring to enjoy all that it has to offer.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The pool area was perfect for our grandson- he lived being in the water.
