Eastern Louisiana Pet-friendly Vacations

The place was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was valet, so I didn't have to worry about my van. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was nice. It was less than a half mile from the cruise terminal.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Stayed here for 4 nights and it was so relaxing. I loved the location, the views from our hotel room, the friendly staff - their concierge was awesome! They helped us get free tours and trolley passes. The $15 credit per night for the bar was also cool! I know it’s trivial but the ice water that they have before the elevator going up to the hotel room was also the best, it definitely helped save me after having too many drinks. I def recommend this place if you’re planning on going to New Orleans. For reference, I had a dayuse reservation before coming here at the Hilton down the street and it was just nice compared to this place.. the Westin is def way better and worth it in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city. We could walk to any destination we wanted to go!

The pool on the roof top bar areas are beautiful to have a gathering. The bellboys are fantastic they help u with luggage or cabs. I had the room with the private garden another beautiful area for a gathering. I didn't give it 5 starts because I left a clothing item inside the bed I forgot to take it out I'm assuming when they changed the sheets they just wrapped everything n took everything.I spoke to front desk and they said they would ask housekeeping afterwards received only a message stating we didn't find ur clothing item and that was it. It's upsetting that I paid 1100 for a garden room and there's nothing we can do wow !! Never again will I stay here!
