A Magical Stay — Pure Elegance and Exceptional Heart From the moment we arrived, the Hôtel des Arts Saigon MGallery made us feel truly special. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a beautiful plate of sweets, a m card, flowers, and rose petals on the bed. These are the details that transform a hotel stay into a memory for life. The service was extraordinary at every level — the doorman who welcomed us, the staff member who checked us into our room, and the concierge team were all warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. The kind of people you want to take home with you. We used the spa, the café, Saigon Kitchen, and The Albion restaurant on the 23rd floor — all exceptional. The Albion alone is worth a special visit, with stunning skyline views and outstanding cuisine. This hotel has two great strengths: the building itself — the Art Déco Indochine design, the elegance, the details — and its people. Both are world class. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City — and I will — there is no question where I will stay.

The resort is further from the main attractions and looks like it's not quite developed due to the construction happening out front. The rooms look tired. More care should be dedicated towards the maintenance of the walls, doors, and other spaces in the room. The taste of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff were mostly helpful and kind. The overall experience was okay, but do note this is a 20-minute ride away from Sunset Town.
