The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with a short walk to a couple of subway stations with connections to multiple lines and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge.
Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable.
The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor.
