Riad Rafaele & Spa is truly an oasis tucked away in the Medina's busy streets. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel a sense of calm and warmth that contrasts beautifully with the energy outside.
The staff is exceptional, genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. They are incredibly thoughtful and proactive, always checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly and that you feel at home.
The facilities are clean and very well maintained, with a beautiful traditional design that adds to the overall experience. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great start to the day.
The spa services were a highlight; truly top-notch. From the ambiance to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and relaxing.
A special thank you to Radwan, Ibrahim, Suliman, and Nassima for their outstanding hospitality; they made our stay even more memorable.
I would absolutely recommend Riad Rafaele & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in the heart of the Medina.
