Best place to stay in dc. On the river where the nightlife is, but not far away from all the touristy/iconic spots. It was just logistically perfect. The room was nice, big, and clean. The concierge couldn’t be better. The desk staff was a hit or miss though. They were either the best ever or the worst. It was apparent the bad ones missed the training bc it is obvious this hotel wants to stand out for its great hospitality. I just wanted a coffee cup. Never got one.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Bar and restaurant on site. My only complaint was the shower head wasn’t the best and the air/heat was loud. But that is being picky. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room, excellent staff, bar/restaurant was great! So many places nearby, including the mall. I really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely stay here again :)

Waited a bit but not too bad

Beds are uncomfortable, and despite the substantial revenue they generate from their customers, they should consider upgrading them.

We were really happy at the hotel overall. Great service. Beautiful decor and overall appearance.

All of our coffee pods were decaf and the bathroom toilet paper holder was loose and fell onto my ankle. Otherwise, everything was great. Restaurant breakfast was really good.

Family of 4. Convenient location to the sights. Corner bakery around the corner if you don’t want hotel breakfast. Also storing luggage was very helpful before check-in and after check out.

The check in was easy and the room was amazing. I loved the shower and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.
