Andes Pet-friendly Vacations

The two issues I had at the Sahara is when I ask for service with the television. First day I called put in a request for someone to come fix it .The desk says oh we will send someone it may take all over 20 mins , I say ok that’s fine.No one came . Second day same issue with the volume with the remote. No one came after hours of waiting once again .I left hotel , and when I did come back the remote was finally fix after 2 days of waiting imagine watching tv on a low volume it wouldn’t go up nor down . I was very irritated. 2nd issue is the long long long long line to check in VERY IRRITATED to have had to stand in a line for over a hour to get in your hotel from a long day of traveling. I must say other than those 2 issues the stay was pretty decent . I will probably return. Vegas is like a 2nd home for me . I’m always there 😎

The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Paying the $40 amenity fee per room upon arrival was unexpected. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, barely any water pressure at all (hard to get shampoo out). Toilet ran all night long. The hotel ran out of self parking spots so we had to park across the street in a dirt lot which wasn’t ideal. The restaurant was great!

Staff were very accomodating and looked after my family well during our stay. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Check in was great. The elevator was out in our building and they failed to let us know at check- in. We were on the 3rd floor and had to use the stairs.

Very disappointed at the resort fee - when we had NO fridge in the room, NO working telephone and NO use of the pool due to outside work. The room was okay - very smokey smell throughout, most likely from cigarettes at the casino level Great location on the strip Loved Hash House a Go Go for breakfast !
