Wouldn’t provide ice until 5:00. Then the phone wouldn’t work to call down to the front desk or the restaurant. The rooms were clean but the hall appeared dirty.

My husband and I are very frequent travelers and I will say the amenities and customer service at this hotel was one of the best we have had. We chose the rooftop jacuzzi suite and it was the perfect end to each night. Romana was extremely friendly & helpful throughout our stay and helped us with several restaurant and transportation reservations to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The two gentlemen working the mixology bar were also fantastic at their craft and provided excellent and friendly service. This will be our go-to hotel for future stays in Venice!

The room was extremely small and did not allow the opening of our luggage.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding.

"Old style locanda ,the room felt like grandma’s house, it definitely has character.. bed was ok , we had a shared bathroom and it was fine and clean.. we didn’t like the stairs with the luggage and it was about 10 min walk from the boat station.. overall- it was nice."
