The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities.

Ugo on reception was outstanding and very helpful. The other staff were also helpful. We were just a little disappointed that the.superior corner room had scaffolding so the view was blocked and we weren't warned about this.
