This unit is well located in the city. Secured underground parking and easy access to Sheppard-Younge station at the building. Lots of amenities near by.
The unit was clean and decently appointed typical for vacay rentals. It is a little tired. Little things like broken toilette paper dispenser, no hooks in bathroom furnishings that have been well used.
It was a great option for our stay in Toronto.

I booked a non refundable stay since I was going in a few days. It said parking was available on site, and it’s not until after you book that you find there’s no available spots, so I was forced to look elsewhere, and drag my luggage around. That was very misleading, especially since they boast how rare it is to find a place to stay with parking on site. It was a key to my booking decision.
The place was clean but the dishwasher was full, the oven looked like they sprayed the inside and lined with tin foil to clean, but never finished it.
The shower had holders for soaps, but there was no soap left and no shampoo either. I tried to make coffee in the morning, but not even enough to make one pot.
The pillows were INCREDIBLY thin, so extremely uncomfortable.
Very good location though. We walked to the harbor for a boat ride. The CN tower, Aquarium, and Roger’s Stadium are all very close.
