Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

Resort is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately my entire travel party became ill (no fault of resort), and couldn’t take full advantage of the amenities.

The location was perfect!! Our unit was the right amount of space for our family of 5. The grounds were lovely and the boys enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Considering we were only in Sedona for one night, we would have really appreciated early check-in and/or late checkout, but it was definitely very busy so understandable that they could not provide it.

I had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and convenient. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.

The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide.
