The whole lobby area had a strong chlorine smell. One young lady was rude af when I went to the Players Club just to ask about the Sunday give away. So I didn’t even bother to ask about the free items. Ugh I guess over all I walked away not feeling welcome. My only issue was the temperature of the room. The thermostat for the building was controlled by the front desk and it was set on 60 degrees our first night. With temps outside of 18 degrees this was too cold. The staff raised the temp to 65 after we asked the second day but I’m not sure why it was not set at 68 minimum with the outdoor temps being so low.
