just the location is on a steep hill that has limited accessibility by car/uber.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Staff very friendly and hotel was very clean. Easy access to the downtown Nice area, Monte Carlo and Cannes (via Uber). Tip - book electric cars with Uber and fares are more reasonable.
Breakfast simple but nice. Rooms were clean. We had a premium sea view room - not huge, but the view was amazing.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient.
The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided．
i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．
