Extremely convenient location with very spacious clean rooms even for a family of four with two queen beds. Staff was great and provided water when we requested it. No complaints about the hotel and staff at all. The street can get noisy but I always have a white noise playlist on my iPad and raise it up at night. Does the trick every time.

The property is in a great location, a bit dated and the first room we stayed in had some maintenance issues such as a sticky bathroom door and a little noisy. We checked out and spent a night in San Diego. When we returned we got a much better room higher up in the building. It had good views and no sticky bathroom door 👍

Unfortunately, not a great start of the holiday. Upon arrival and check in, the hotel tried to charge me for my stay with them again even though my stay at the hotel was paid in full, when booking this holiday, about 3 weeks before my arrival. They tried to tell me it was not paid. I had to show them all my documents to confirm my payment has been made. The person at the check in hardly apologised and said I could go to the second floor for a glass of wine. Hotel it’s was great. My only other issue was the my room was not cleaned every day and I had to call the reception about this. I spoke to the hotel manager my last night I spent here and he was great.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend & will be staying here again on our next visit.

Historic hotel in the heart of Pasadena. It was our second time staying there. We enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect ....close to airport but no noice at all ..very nice food at restaurants and also Starbucks in side the property ...24 hours shuttle service
