Aruba Mountain Vacations

This is my second time staying here. The staff was great and even gave a upgrade for my family. I will be back again

The floor and bedroom had a weird smell like mildew or mold. It made my allergies worst. Sneezing and running nose. The last day the room and hallway smell much better. The manager to make reservations for restaurants always them me they booked up on my first day. I was unhappy about it. The second my sister went she got a restaurant for us. The third day my sister granddaughter went and got a restaurant reservation for us. I was not happy with the his services or attitude

The beach is beautiful and eagle beach only quarter mile down from the resort. Bike hike Aruba tour was beautiful. Excellent tour guides.

We really appreciated the staff who were friendly and the amenities were great. We used the gym, beach chairs, noodles and did the excursion of the e bikes and snorkeling. That was wonderful. The golf cart service to take you to the other resort was a great amenity too. Things that needed improving were that it was difficult to schedule a reservation for dinners and the only dinner buffet was small and short staffed leading to empty food containers and lack of drinks. When we did get a reservation, it would be for 8 or 9 pm which we felt was too late. We tried for earlier times but it was very limited.

This is not for people who cannot walk a lot. I sent my mom and her 80 year old friend here because it was all inclusive. The beach is across the street and there were no elevators to their second floor room. The all inclusive was just ok. They made them fill out a form every time they ate and had to add a tip each time. They felt coerced to leave a large tip. At least that is how my mom felt. The beach was beautiful!

We would 100% recommend staying at this resort. The service was amazing, restaurants and food options very good, and although the beach is across the street which we were nervous about, it wasn’t an issue at all - we didn’t even think about it once we were on property.

Rooms were dated but location on the beach was excellent. Pool was dated as well (kids pool) but still fun. Didn’t have any amazing meals but food wasn’t terrible.
