The tropical garden was amazing outside and the host and owner and staff are excellent. and you’re able to rent a scooter at this hotel.

What a gem, the rooms we spacious and staff went above and beyond to help! Jeneryl A, Mark B., and CJ M. assisted with an issue and made my day with how professional they handled the difficult situation! The breakfast was not worth the cost and it is odd to me that they wanted to charge for extra towels, obviously cannot hold that against the staff for the odd policy. Overall though, I certainly recommend this location as the stay was great!

Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan is a beautiful tropical resort with immaculate grounds and one of the friendliest, most welcoming staffs I’ve experienced. The property truly feels like a tropical escape. The beach isn’t a traditional sandy beach, as there are rocks when entering the water, but it’s still beautiful, and I enjoyed seeing tropical fish while swimming. The resort has several restaurants, although the food was somewhat hit or miss. I wanted to give this resort five stars, but a few things held it back. Service was usually excellent, but there were times when it was difficult to get someone’s attention to order food or drinks. The rooms were also noisier than expected. I could hear the air conditioner, neighboring villa doors, and occasional music from nearby. The villa was nice and comfortable, but I would have appreciated a comfortable chair or small couch. My room overlooked a nicely landscaped garden, but beyond that was just a wall. The location is very secluded. There isn’t anything within walking distance, so you’ll need a taxi to go anywhere. The surrounding neighborhood is much more modest than the resort itself. The gym yoga mats were worn and should be replaced or cleaned more regularly. I also found the spa to be overpriced for the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with wonderful staff that could easily earn five stars with a few improvements.

Good service people

I had a great time at Quest hotel. Stayed for 2nights and everything is presnted nicely. The staff are kind and friendly. Amenities are also handy and its close to Ayala which is really good. I just walked to Ayala for food and shopping. Ohh i love the bed and the pillows. I really had a good sleep. Would defo stay there again.
