This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location, everything worth seeing is a brief walking distance away and the Trindade train station is a short walk away to make the airport to hotel journey (and vice versa) very easy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the exceptional customer services across the reception, the breakfast room and the room cleaning services. All staff are a credit to this hotel and it was nice to be remembered from my previous stay as that was a nice welcome back, adding to making this a perfect place to stay. The facilities are fantastic; the rooms are very comfortable with a bottle of water included each day in your room and tea and coffee topped up so you can enjoy a hot drink at the end of the evening, the bath products are a luxury quality and the breakfast has so many delicious, great quality choices so much so that you can have a different breakfast each day. The breakfast room setting is quite special and reminded me of a miniature version of the London crypt café. There is absolutely nothing to find fault with.
