Generally a good hotel.

Lovely looking hotel. Beautiful art. Comfortable bed. Amazing view. Large bathroom with good toiletries. However kettle was broken. Internet unstable. Did not respond initially when messaged a question, prior to our arrival, about the airport shuttle. When I messaged again I was made aware that they do not have one and advised to get a taxi. Staff appeared efficient when we were there. Our experience was improved by the kindness of the gentleman who took the time to help us with our bags and demonstrated kindness.

The hot water in our room was so low. I had called reception about it on the first day but they just instruct you to make sure you wait 10-20mins so the water warms up. But in 4 days it did not improve.

This Singapore property pays great attention to detail as their others ones in many cities around the world; spotless clean, beautiful china sets, TWO sitting chairs and reclining seat, BOSE Bluetooth speaker: so we are truly relaxing & comfortably just like home.
