We booked this hotel as website indicated a pool and sauna were included in our stay.
It wasn’t until after we checked in and asked about these, that we were told they were only available with an additional fee!
In house restaurants book up quickly and we were unable to eat at the hotel.
There is a free shuttle from the airport but had wait for three buses as the first two were full.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff member who assisted us with baggage delivery was extremely patient and accommodating!

Excellent hotel. Clean with decent sized room and incredible views. Hotel is on the 19th floor upwards. Restaurant at the top of the hotel is also excellent with amazing views. Highly recommended

The check in process was quick and seamless. I used a luggage delivery service and my luggage was waiting in the lobby at my arrival. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful with tips for my stay. The room was clean and contained slippers as well as compartments at the door for my arrival.
The kitchen has dishes and an ice tray in the freezer!! As a family of 4, we appreciated the large closet, separate toilet and bath area as well as the sliding wall.
There is a beautiful garden acoss the street and many shops within walking distance. I appreciated the quiet of the area and the balcony area for the apartment.
The only downside is the difficulty in obtaining a luggage delivery service for the next leg of my trip.
But I would definitely visit this property again.
