This hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the train station and centrally located to walk to many popular locations. We also had breakfast & dinner there while we stayed, the food was delicious. The roof bar was fun! We also took advantage of using their washer/dryers located on the first floor. They could probably add some more, there was quite a few us doing laundry.

Very good value for money stay in a reliable brand hotel. We chose the hotel as we knew we weren’t going to be around much to enjoy or relax in it - hence we did not mind it not having a spa / pool / sauna facility. It is well located at Tennoji station with retro shinsekai foodie area with best knife shop, Osaka museum of fine arts & the zoo within 10 minute walk, and the tram line out to one of the shrines in the station below. It is in one of the tallest buildings in Osaka, so we had great views over the city from our city view room (recommend choosing this option, albeit hotel starts at 19th floor so all rooms would likely have a good view). It is also convenient as has one of the large department stores in the same building.

Great staff great restaurants on location and very convenient location. Room TV was a little outdated but that’s a very minor nitpick.
