From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. Each morning, I enjoyed fresh coffee in the lobby, and the conveniently placed water stations were a nice touch. Every interaction made me feel at home, and the entire experience was truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The good - the property has beautiful lawn and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you about a kilometer and drops you close to Central Park. Breakfast was good. The bad - the building is pretty run down. The toilet was very dirty and we had to request room change. In new room bathroom got clogged and had yellow water. They tried and somewhat fixed it, but I think they have old plumbing issue. They charge cars about $3 for parking. It can be validated for taxis dropping and picking you. But not all taxis know it and it creates confusion with taxis refusing to come to the premises.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very good and the massages were amazing.

Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. There are several stairs to climb but the staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage. The rooms are spacious and provide a unique experience away from the busy cities of San Pedro and Panajachel. Alexis cooked us a lovely dinner each night of traditional Guatemala cuisine which was delicious!
