Busy place with great service!

Shower set up was a bit odd...water sprayed well beyond the half glass shield. The lighting access (via key card) was creative, but awkward in the dark. Staff were all great, bed was very comfortable. Proximity to the Boise Center was perfect.

When I turned on the hot water, it came out brown. I let it run until it cleared. I told the staff, but there was no apology, only a well we haven't used these rooms for a long time. That statement didn't leave me with much satisfaction. This used to be a really nice hotel, but it has not been maintained.

I loved the Nature suite. Had everything needed to make breakfast or simple meals. It was very clean and comfortable and within only a 15 minute walk to 8th street the main dinning strip. Would stay here for sure again.

This hotel was perfect and great location. We pulled up and everything was tucked away instantly including our car. Staff is very friendly and clean lovely rooms. You can walk all over town easily. We had a gala so we didn’t get to try their restaurants but we plan to next time around. I highly recommend your next stay in Boise to be at the Avery!
