The restaurant, gym and pool were all closed, the driveway was closed making it difficult for Uber drivers to pickup or drop off. This is all due to construction and renovations. I would recommend calling to find out the status of what appears to be major renovations. Even though this is on the river walk there are very few restaurants within walking distance

Room was spotless, beds were comfortable, and everything needed was in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm. It seems they do not take early check-ins, period. I can respect that, just something to keep in mind and be aware of. The pool is small (4’6” at the deepest) and faces the city view (not the beach/ocean), but it didn’t matter, my kids enjoyed it. I did not try to order anything from the bar, but noticed it seemed like no staff was available behind the bar throughout the day. The resort had umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys available for guest use at no extra charge, which was great! We enjoyed our stay and will very likely stay here again in the future.

Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night. Everything else was so great though. That was really our only complaint. I highly recommend it, just pay attention to location of unit.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch.

Property was very clean , great staff. The property needs an additional pool. Not enough room for everyone

Awesome overall experience. Great staff, especially Liam who welcomed us with sincerity and enthusiasm! Private beach, great tiki bar, perfect spot on the town. We definitely will be back!

We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.
