The hotel was really nice, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good. I will come back.

Every weekend starting on Fridays they have weddings, and celebrations that are very loud. And they last up to 4 or 5 am. The music, the people and the fireworks!!! Those people usually stay over the weekend, so the dining room is absolutely packed. No respect or consideration for other guests! Not recommended for families or people that want to relax or rest.

The staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety. Only thing was the bathroom sink got clogged. However, Maintenance was very quick in getting it fixed. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Great location , walking distance to boardwalk , shopping center & restaurants. Great staff & decent breakfast.

We were informed that the air-conditioning temperature can only be controlled by the front desk staff. However, even when the temperature is adjusted, the unit inside the room does not switch to cooling because the outdoor unit is operating in heating mode. If the room becomes too warm, it cannot be cooled, as the system is currently set to heating only.

Great and beautiful hotel. Location is OK, not the best if you want to visit the old city. I enjoyed walking around. The rooftop is really great. The personal attentive too. I would say that it lacked some very basics stuff: iron board, tissues, good lighting. The gym itself was standard, felt a bit dirty. The drinks and food are good. I would recommend.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. One slight negative is for such a large hotel there was no dedicated bar. Good hotel
