A wonderful gal who studied at McGill in Canada took care of me. It was wonderful to hear a friendly Canadian voice. The breakfast was the best that I had in 15 days of travel in S America. The pool was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and 10/10 clean. The amenities for children are incredible. Highly recommend! P.S. I tried the rooftop restaurant for dinner but after I was seated no one came to my table for 15min to greet me or offer me a drink so I left and ate at the hotel lobby bar - great service there!
